1. About Rubi Club

Rubi Club is an iPhone app that helps adults aged 18 or older in Brazil record meals and follow their routine. The service is maintained by Rubens Rojas. Contact us at support@rubiclub.app.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, use your own account, and protect your credentials. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Available sign-in options appear in the app. Google sign-in, when available, provides access to an existing Rubi Club account with the corresponding identity; it does not automatically create a new account.

3. Your entries and sharing

You remain responsible for the photos and information you publish. Only submit content you have the right to use, and respect other people’s privacy. You authorize Rubi Club to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the features you choose to use.

Entries published in a group are available to its members. In the multiple-group experience, entries belong to your profile and are shared with every group you participate in, including your history. Review the explanation in the app before creating a group or accepting an invitation. Treat invitation links as private and share them only with people you intend to invite.

Other people may keep independent copies of entries they were allowed to access. Deleting an entry, leaving a group, or deleting your account does not remove those copies. Your own saved meals and private notes remain personal, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Nutrition information

Entered values, calculations, and AI-generated suggestions may contain errors, including food identification and portion estimates. Review and correct information before relying on it. Rubi Club is a personal record, not a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment service. Consult a qualified health professional for clinical decisions or specific dietary needs.

5. Responsible use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, unauthorized content, or attempts to access another person’s account or data. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits. We may limit operations or suspend access as necessary to contain abuse, protect people, or comply with a legal obligation. Where possible, we will explain the reason and provide a contact channel.

6. Privacy and ending your use

The Privacy Policy describes data processing, service providers, your usage-analytics and diagnostics choices, and deletion requests. It is linked on this page and in the app. Accepting these Terms does not change your privacy choices.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion in Profile → Delete account. Deletion follows the timing and limits described in the Privacy Policy, including independent copies and backups. Contact support if you need help.

7. Availability and changes

The app requires connectivity and may experience maintenance or interruptions. Features under evaluation may change. Material changes to these Terms will be presented clearly, with a new effective date and renewed acceptance when needed. These Terms do not create a subscription or charge.

8. Your rights and contact

These Terms are interpreted under Brazilian law and preserve mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. No provision is intended to remove rights guaranteed by law. For questions, problems, or requests, contact support@rubiclub.app.
